Volume Limit doesnt limit the volume
The volume limit is supposed to set a maximum volume so that your toddler cant jack the volume to its maximum and stand in front of the TV blaring it every two seconds. Only real fix is to take away the ipad.

iTunes removes restore of old apps
With earlier iTunes you could restore any version of an app. If a new version of an app had a bug you could always restore the older .ipa. Fuck Apple.
